1.If you normally vote Republican, what about this election and/or this candidate changed your mind?
2.If you were an activist in the sixties how did this election make you feel about politics and change?
3.If you are a grandparent how do you feel change will impact your grandchildren?

First - are you asking why people participated overall on the campaign or "online" I may be reading your questions incorrectly.
1. Did you support Senator Barack Obama in your state's primary?
If not, when did you decide to work on his campaign?
And was there any particular event that motivated you to action?

I voted for Barack in our state primary, but never considered working for the general election campaign because I live in the reddest of red states. But when I learned I could go to Colorado and help turn that state blue, I jumped in my motorhome and went to CO for the duration of the election.

It would be interesting to get demographic information of age, previous voting record (which party), hours spent phone calling or going door to door for Obama. I am 54 years old and this is the first year I have worked for a campaign.

I want to know how people feel about voting for a man that has made desicions stupidly. Then steps with an attitude when he knows he wrong. And everyone knows he is just a Kennedy/Democratic puppet.

Is this guy really an American? The only change we need right now is his mind on how to run this country. Social Security, US Post Office, Amtrak and now healthcare the first three are broke and the next one will destroy this country. Thanks Barak great job.

I have never, and will never, ever, vote for a democrat. I am amazed when people who seem to have reasonable intelligence and common sense vote for democrats.

George Bush had his head so far in Wall's Street (you know what) you didn't know where he started and wall street began. Look where that got is, millions of people unemployed. I want a president who will regulate and not let the greed of the people in the financial system destroy our country. Face it. The last administration blew it.

So where is all the "change"? I don't see too many posters on here loving their vote! This administration is like a large fish in a small bowl. Lots of splashing and nowhere to go!

Let's elect Sarah Palin as president and Glenn Beck as her vice president and see where that takes us.It will take me to Canada. They perpetuate real bullshit with their far right views. Don't let our articulate president give the students of our country a stay in school speech, that would really corrupt them.

What's the matter Trevor? Are you scared of having to pay your fair share of taxes and losing the rich person's loop holes; while the middle class supports both the rich and the poor. The middle class has been getting screwed for years and it is time for a change in the tax code including the fat cats from Wall Street . I don't ever brag about my intelligence, but I am smart enough to know greed when I see it. So accept the fact you lost and get off your high horse. It is called democracy and you lost in a fair and square election.

Hi Pamela,Thank you for sharing the feelings of many Americans including my self.I believe it is time the middle class started fighting back against the disrespect for the President and some of the garbage being written about him and the cabinet he has put together. And Yes Trevor does look as if he could be one of the fat cats that hasnt done a days work in his life.

Trevor, I have to keep working the United States until I get my retirement money back from the theifs on wall street, and unlike you I have hope the current administration can turn our country around for the middle class. I am sure you would like that if people who disagree with your upper class views leave, more money for you. I just want the equity back in my little 3 room ranch and my retirement funds. Wall street's greed has had a real impact on my life and after workin 34 years I am tired of being screwed. I like the current administration and you whine about them. Maybe you should move.

Trevor a écritle 17 novembre 2009 à 11:51
Me, whine? No. You also make too many assumptions, based, obviously on my profile picture. Pay more attention to your portfolio, and in the future, when it looks like it may be smart thing to do, move your investments into a less risky, more stable place; that way you will be able to afford the ticket to Toronto.
