I decided to finally order some mini cards to see if they were decent (I was able to use a free shipping discount). I received my order SUPER FAST and I am SUPER IMPRESSED! The cards are much thicker than I had previously thought and the images are amazing! I will be ordering from Moo again. Go MOO!

I paid money to moo and they never send me my card.
They are not professional.
I want to say to other people... be careful because they steal money!
I STILL IN THE SAME SITUACION AS MONTHS AGO. MOO DID NOT SAND ME ANY CARD AND THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY.....GOOD FOR THEM!!!!!!

HAPPY ENDING, I got my Moo cards and now i'm very happy with them.
So i've changed the rating from one to four.
Delivery in... "only" two months!! :-/

It's been over a month that I bought my moo cards and I haven't received a thing. They were quite fast to charge the bill to my bank thought...
I hope I get them in any case I'll let you all know.
BTW. A letter box from UK to Barcelona (Spain) never takes more than a week.

We met at Moo's birthday party and spoke briefly about my business cards order. It is now more than 10 days since I ordered my cards and I still have not received them. You asked me to contact yourself.
I had previously used Moo.com for mini cards and was pleased with the service therefore I have reccomended Moo.com by word of mouth and many of my friends now use Moo.com, which is great free publicity for you and for gaining new clients and new revenue.
However, this time I am not pleased with Moo's customer service and overall service.
So far, I have wasted 2 days based on dates advised by Moo for my order to be delivered. I ordered my business cards to coincide specifically with the several networking and business events that I have been organising and attending from the 18th September through to the beginning of October. I have missed about 12 opportunities so far and today is one of my biggest event opportunities at Earls Court. I am an exhibitor and stand holder at this Show from 24th -27th Sept.
I have been patient and would have expected your customer service team to assist me better by anticipating and managing my order better since they were already aware of postal issues. I also called Moo.com twice. On the second occasion, at around 8.20am, one of your staff took my contact details and promised that a customer advisor would call me in 30 minutes. No-one called back since that day 22nd Sept.
You can understand why I have a number of reasons to complain at this stage, I am dissatisfied with Moo.com and given the experience to date, I am asking for no less than a decent financial compensation. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I just received my Moo postcards today and I am thrilled! I love the quality and ease of ordering. I can't wait to order again!

love the idea of the mosaic frame, but work needs to be done to somehow stop the minicards slipping out if the mosaics once the top is screwed down. Could be due to inadequate pressure. I used photo tabs to stick photos, but this is not ideal if you want to change the pictures. Suggest mosaics could be cut to hold each mini picture by not cutting all of the way through the mosaic laving a backing to each one. Maybe two layered thinner cards would work,one with cut out and one without?

I really love my American Moo...the cards came right as expected on time and I love the quality. I'm excited to have the American Moo around, so I can track my stuff and know that it'll just be a few days wait!

I got my first delivery of Moos business cards and they are gorgeous! The quality alone is amazing! I love the fact that I can choose a number of images and have a variety of cards ;-)
