what is going on.... why the close??? So many years spent there... the hours i/we loitered..... the relationships made..... even the enemies made...heh. watching the growth of the Surf66 name... seeing employees/managers come and go. The loss of a loved one. SURF LIQUIDATION !!! BRAP!!!! I know it may seem lame,... but I'm going to miss this store.... it held such a massive role in my young teenage years up to now, my early twenties.... So Thanks Surf66, you might have just been a boardshop (an AMAZING one at that), but you were/are a part of my life.
the "west izzy" will never be the same without this shop. Real Talk.

Ansis Kalniņš Tooooo many good times there. Good run guys. Hopping on the bus just to go look at new stock in the middle of summer or in the later years stopping by after a day of shredding to brag of freshly stomped hits. You guys were always good for a laugh. Wish I could be in town for the big close up. I'll try and get Nigel to stop by for me.
