Positive Magazine Step 2. Is to incorporate a brief walk or at least 30 minutes of exercise into your day. As you do this, you will want to add more time. For those who are inside most of the day due to weather, I recommend using the Wii Fit Plus. I use this everyday - it's a good form of exercise.
