David Calls for a Universal Safety Council...
...It’s been a tragic month for powerboat racing. Saying that, I know it’s
also been a month of celebrating national and world titles for several
racers. However, whenever we experience a tragedy—one that likely could
have been prevented—any championship..."

First time outside the US for the hydroplanes. They raced on a 2 mile oval in the bay - with speeds up to 200mph, it was quite a spectacle, first time i had seen them. Plenty of action, a couple of 'blow overs' with everyone safe.
