Hi Tom, it's really understandable to get your deeply-felt words. It might like a common sense for me to be in the situation over! Recent days have been such annoyed. Then this morning I could not control my temper on my colleagues. Poor me that I understood something was going wrong while upsetting them. Just a tick tack passing by, for always ... Lire la suitereminding myself not to let things and smiles come worse and getting my colleagues' sympathy, I woke me up gradually with a smile and an apology. And one of my colleagues said that "Just normal coz' we are human, however when the conclude gets better which is the best of all". I am so lucky to be understood. In the end, I've done most of my work. Therefore, there are two things for sharing with you. Improving skills/techniques is a necessary to our working life. But the strong motivation mostly come from People which is called Human Resources. Thus, don't expect someone changing, but use our methods, nice behavior at all time is to use the real power of control. Talking about or understanding on is simply nonsense when Just Do It, Keep It in Mind. The last sharing to buddy is the more being informed from both colleagues and employers, the more growth and development you will get. Now I would like to give you a SMILE for all above.
