Die wohl beste Dracula Verfilmung überhaupt. So viel Herz, so viel Schmerz - einfach zum "dahinschmachten"!

I love that movie!!! The story, the design, the costums, the direction, the actings etc etc are wonderful, but most of all the great Gary Oldman (one of my favourite actors years ago)!

It's one of my personal favorites. I love the set design and the art direction, and the use of vintage special effects.

I also like the tone of the performances. It's as if Coppola was channeling both the old Universal horror movies from the 1930s and the Hammer House horror flicks from the 1950s and early 60s. All of the characters were played to the hilt, but without parody. Even Keanu Reeves' goofy acting managed fit right in. I also like that the movie was given some intentional humor in contrast to the whole macabre atmosphere.

nt always cn a movie touch ones soul n heart. dis one hs given a new definition of love.
my favorite part is when Mina begs her lover to give her eternal life so she cn be with him for ever and dracula hesitates to give her the cursed life cause he loves her too much.
specailly 4 those who r in love

...While the idustry of cinema releases every year hundreds of romantic movies, struggling to touch our hearts, it's peculiar that a horror movie should become the best romantic movie of all times...
...The reason must be that a vampire love can last many lifetimes, in opposition with mortal love...
I sincerely hope the siquel of Dracula stands at the same hight with this extraordinary, beautiful movie!

meme si le film invente une histoire d'amour entre dracula et mina il reste fidele au livre et les décors les costumes le maquillage sont extra .
Un pur chef d'euvre
