it is now Friday and my order has yet to be filled due to Kenneth
Cole's staff's incompetence. The order is still listed as "processing"
3 days after being placed and I have yet to receive even a confirmation
email. I have called twice to verify the order and requested that the
order be shipped via e...xpress mail since the delay was caused by Kenneth
Cole's folks and was flatly denied. Total BUMMER! This transaction has
left me with a bad taste in my mouth....and to think I was encouraging

I really like Kenneth Cole's Designs and was psyched when I received an email on Tuesday morning informing me that Kenneth Cole was have a 40% off sale....so I passed the info along to a few friends and I went shopping.
